The challenge
Studio Levies had built a real reputation since 2014, but all of it lived offline — in word of mouth and printed albums. Prospective clients searching for a wedding or product photographer had nothing to find, and nothing to judge the studio by against competitors who did have a web presence.
The approach
I built a site that leads with the photography and gets out of its way. Each specialism — artistic, wedding, children's and product work — gets its own space rather than being flattened into one gallery, so a couple looking for a wedding photographer sees wedding work first. The studio's history since 2014 is treated as the credential it is.
What changed
- 01Every specialism presented as its own body of work rather than one mixed gallery
- 02A professional presence that matches the studio's offline reputation
- 03Navigation simple enough that clients reach the right gallery in one click
- 04Enquiries routed directly from the work that prompted them
